Coffee is never an afterthought. Coffee is an experience. We create pleasure and insight into the diversity of coffee culture. Collaboration is greater than egos.

Our extractions celebrate the process, from origin, through processing, into the cup. Every step is craft. Every step has value.

Precise. Experimental. Transparent. We work with knowledge rather than chance. Every variable counts: water, grind size, time. Skills and techniques follow our vision:

Coffee is a fruit.

Dark roasts mask what makes it special. With curiosity we strive for diversity: varieties, processes, methods. One thing stays non-negotiable: fairness is not an extra, it is a prerequisite. Coffee should never be cheap. We work against exploitation and for a more conscious coffee culture.

We stand against sterile spaces. Against modern performance without depth. Minimal design lacks maximal warmth.

For us the café is a place of culture, a space for exchange and community. We see modern coffee culture as a form of craftsmanship, and understand: art needs space. Because there is ever less of it, we open ours.

As a gallery, we give artists a platform through rotating exhibitions: people who want to convey attitude, critique, perspective, who meet their medium with curiosity and open their work to everyone. Substance over reach and hype, just like our coffees.
