Wie frisch ist der Kaffee?
We roast to order and ship within 48 hours. The roast date is printed on every bag — 7 to 28 days after roasting is ideal.
Whole bean or ground?
We recommend whole beans for maximum freshness. On request we grind to match your brew method — just choose the option on the product.
What does 4th wave coffee mean?
For us, this means coffee as a holistic (art) craft: transparency across the entire value chain, fair pay, and light roasts that showcase what makes the fruit special. More in our manifesto.
How fast is delivery?
Shipping within 48 hours of your order. Standard 3–5 business days, express 1–2 business days. Details on the shipping page.
Kann ich Kaffee zurückgeben?
You can return unopened bags within 100 days — even if you simply do not like them. Just reach out via our contact form.
