Manadrina Honey
A fruity homage to Caturra: The Tabi Colombia variety provides a sweet, mandarin-like cup profile – refined by the honey process with fruit pulp and a 3-week drying period. This is followed by anaerobic fermentation for over 160 hours, which completes the taste experience.
The beans come from Finca La Chiquita in Caldas, Colombia, at an altitude of 1,600m. Sun-dried, light to medium roasted – ideal for filter methods.
