The La Siembra farm is run by Liliana Echeverry. This espresso is made from the Arabica Castillo Naranjo variety and will surprise you. A very aromatic espresso, and with a medium roast, it retains the fruitiness of the coffee cherry while still achieving the desired roasted aromas with reduced acidity. A beautiful cup of espresso with fine crema.
